How to Subscribe to a Service on ITGtel's Store

Step 1: Choose Your Desired Service

1. Visit the Services page at itgtel.com/subscriptions.

2. Browse the available services:

   • Cloud PBX: A business phone system hosted in the cloud.

   • Omni Channel: Unified communication across multiple channels.

   • SIP Trunking: Digital telephony service for internet-based calls.

   • Field Visit App: A tool for managing field operations.

   • Xpert Predictive Dialer: An automated dialer for efficient call management.

   • Add-ons: Additional features available exclusively for Cloud PBX.

3. Click on the service that suits your business needs to view its details.

Step 2: Select Subscription Type

1. On the service's detailed page, choose between:

   • Monthly Subscription: Regular pricing billed monthly.

   • Yearly Subscription: Discounted pricing for a one-time annual payment.

2. Review the pricing options and select your preferred plan.

Step 3: Add to Cart

1. Once you've selected the subscription type, click the Add to Cart button.

2. A confirmation message will appear indicating the service has been added to your cart.

Step 4: Proceed to Checkout

1. Click on the Cart Icon in the top-right corner to view your cart.

2. Verify the subscription details, including:

   • Service name

   • Subscription type (Monthly/Yearly)

   • Total cost

3. Click Proceed to Checkout.

Step 5: Log In or Register an Account

1. To complete a subscription purchase, you must have an account.

2. If you are not logged in:

   • Click Log In and enter your credentials.

1. Provide your Billing Address:

   • Name

   • Contact number

2. If you have a Coupon Code, enter it in the designated field and click Apply.

1. The Thank You Page displays:

   • Your order summary

   • Subscription details

   • Payment confirmation

2. You will also receive an email confirmation with the subscription details and invoice.
